its close to the wheel when its round the side, have tried the bumper on, seems to sit behine the bumper ok

it seems lower in the pic than it is but that seem'd the best place for it to go, pipes were way to tight to go round the intercooler,
when i got the conversion all sorted out i may think about getting some nice hard pipes made up for it

aslong as its atleast a 2.25 inch bore size, which is what the engines had as std, then aye, be right. ideally for decent power you need 2.5+ inch and 3inch is more than adequate for probably the majority of future mods. i will have a flick back and have a look at it now.

yeh my mate dan has a 301 bhp starlet with a similar exhaust and his has done pretty well even tho its only a 1.3 so i thought why not. will get it heat wrapped maybe when its made up

so everything is nwo together all i need is inner cvs, gear linkage and a multibelt,
started it up today but im sure the ht leads are the wrong way round as it sounds like a tractor!
anyone got pics of the dizzy cap for witch way round the leads go?

the car isnt that low anyway its on standard shocks with some gay gmax springs, well be uprating dampers asap but didnt fancy the coilovers on it

you realise its going to handle worse than a spacehopper on standard shocks.
them wont be able to take the weight of the engine.
bad enough using lowering springs on standard shocks with the original engine

much better with the bulkhead still there.
also that pipe coming off the tophat to your main boost pipe. is that just connecting to rubber hose?
