Just picked myself up a really nice e46 330d Msport
The scooby is too loud and the rides too hard for the missus and baby so I'm told
Love the Beemer miss all the torque haha

Barnes had one of these and seemed to rate it. I'd have gone 330i personally, but the diesel is a decent enough engine.
Not sure on the tan interior. Only reason is because an Asian guy in work has one exactly like that and he dyed his hair the same colour as that leather interior, so we used to say he colour coded his hair.
Odd reason I know

Is that the lower powered earlier engine one? Mine remapped was a fuckin weapon. Drift like a king of Hollywood and out paced a lot of vehicles. Shit on mpg mind.

Allegedly only a genuine m sport if it has the black roof lining, regardless of seat colour.

Simple to work on, and also parts are cheap for it really. Be the older engine, still go well.
Mine pulled like fuck well past the original speed limiter. Even pulling my corsa on a trailer it was almost as quick as a saxo vts on a traffic light Grand Prix.
Great car. Look alright as they are as well. And cheap to buy these days.

That's it mate it's got full service history genuine m sport specced up really well really good condition and as you say on the drive home it goes like a missile. I'll do the wheel bearing it needs tommorow and it'll be reet.
As you say it looks good as it is and a lot of car for the money!

That offer is quite a way off what I want mate. The car is worth more than that I think I'll hold out for a little more.

Rear wheel bearings are a right bellend to do on this car hate this one allready lol

Sold vxr and bought two cars I hate. Idiot.
Although I do really like the bmw once the wheel bearing and new rear hand brake shoes are done it'll be a top car.
Legacy isn't my thing at all Iv decided. Cool to look at fun to drive for a few hours then it becomes annoying, not practical enough for me.

Were the hand brake shoes easy to do? Mine needs brakes and the handbrake has failed so needs investigating. Might aswell do the shoes whilst i'm farting around in there.

Haven't done them yet mate half way through doing the wheel bearing which is a twat of a job, shoes don't look any more challenging than they are on any other car tbh

I did a rear and a front wheel bearing on mine can't say I found it too bad to do. Rear shoes just like any top hat set up.

Fronts are easy, only issue I'm having with the rear is getting the shaft out the way at the moment.

Are you considering the 'wrapped around a tree' styling upgrade anytime soon?
