Didnt do much to the nova today, been running about but I did manage to get the new dash to fit..



Had to chop a big hole in the dash to clear the cage but that will all be covered when the cage gets flocked.





Sorry for the crap pictures was pitch black

Also I spent ages yesterday searching for some round tooth pulleys then ordered some from 8v-Craig but today without even looking I found mine luckily Craig was understanding and gave me a refund (top bloke) so that means I can get it timed up and the belt on Monday

I have had such shit luck with building this engine! First I had 3 shit heads now 2 sets of cracked pulleys! I sorted my verniers tonight and fit them just waiting ony cambelt (managed to throw my brand new cambelt in the bin so I'm waiting on a gm one from autovaux, which they triple charged me for!!!) done a little bit more on my rocker cover to, it's now in high build primer ill flat it and paint it matte black tomorrow.





Got a few runs in the primer came out way too fast

Decided against it in the end would have been fuck all places to put anything atleast now I have a glovebox... my cambelt turned of from autovaux today.. Not only was I charged 3 times for it but they sent me a square tooth belt

After all the faffing getting a belt and being sent the wrong one I bought one from local part factor through my work at the massive total of £8+ the vat all timed up now turns over lovely by hand!
