Slight change of plans, I was running a GSI tank with built in swirl pot but I've sourced a mint petrol tank so ill run an external swirl pot in the car along with the pump.

Fuck all rust, arches are solid so are inners on the front little bit of surface rust on the sill and front wing nothing I can't sort though

Certainly will not many plans tbh! It's bought off a friend and already has my 60mm lowering kit on so just a set of wheels and new interior (its horrible all cream!)

id keep the nova as it is its gonna get rare and some nice subtle changes will look lovely , but whatever you do im sure it will be all good

I was thinking of banded sr steels we shall see what happens only chucking a cheap set of coilovers on this though.

I dont think they made any other red for Novas? but could be wrong!
Personally id clean it up, banded steels and some cheap coilovers and leave the rest. Spend all your money on the project

New nova went straight through its mot today, only needed a bottom ball joint gaitor, got that done straight away.. can't do the ticket until Tuesday though as we're not registered to test on weekends but that's fine with me plus side is mot and the boot was free! Joys of working in a garage I suppose

Few small bits done on the new car to tidy it up a bit..
Found this under a bit of filler which was quite disappointing!




Also cleaned up the surface rust on the sills, stonechipped and painted along with a few scabby bits on the door


bottom of the door was scabby cleaned that up and painted it all
